Analysis
Often times the first step in changing equipment on a tall
tower, is a structural analysis. Stainless has the most significant level of
structural engineering expertise in the industry. By providing timely structural

Design
The Tower is the most conspicuous component in a broadcast transmitter facility and
requires more engineering, both civil and structural, than any other element in

designers use state of the art computer-aided design technology that results in

Engineering
The professional staff at Stainless applies current engineering
standards to ensure that our designs meet customers’ needs. Our engineers
continuously review and update our tower designs to meet the most current
standards of the American National Standards Institution (ANSI),
Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), Electronic Industry Association
(EIA) and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Fabrication
Our world-class manufacturing facilities, which are certified by the American
Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and the American Welding Society (AWS),
feature custom-design and computer-controlled equipment dedicated exclusively to
the manufacture of communication towers and associated components. Quality
control is the key element in Stainless fabrication processes. Careful
metallurgical analysis, highly trained certified welders and rigorous testing

Doty-Moore Tower Services
Founded by Don Doty and Patrick Moore, Doty Moore has helped pioneer the
construction, installation and maintenance of tall towers for the last 18 years.
This experience is a powerful advantage in successful completion of large-scale,
complex projects such as broadcast towers. As a founding member of the National
Association of Tower Erectors (NATE), Doty Moore helped establish many of the
safety protocols and standards in use today.
Doty Moore has employed more tall tower crews in the United States than any other company. Over half the digital TV antenna systems broadcasting today were installed by Doty Moore Crews. Our accomplishments include work on the most significant broadcast platforms in North America, such as the Empire State Building and the Mt. Construction
Our construction services for tower facilities include staging, tower rigging,
foundation construction, transmitter building and utility infrastructure. We
maintain specialized hoist, rigging and heavy lift equipment to ensure full
range project capability, from the simplest to the most complex.
Installation
Our construction and RF specialists will ensure proper installation, compliance
and safety. In addition to broadcast services, Doty Moore provides turnkey
installation services for microwave and wireless antenna systems, transmission
line, waveguides and ice shields.
Modification
In some cases, modification of
an existing tower is a better solution than building a new one. Strengthening
an existing tower is a highly specialized skill and Doty Moore is the industry
